Offf 2009. Day 2. Paula Scher
I was familiar with the works of Paula Scher, a graphic designer who's career started in 70s, and I was curious about her presentation. She showed an extensive portfolio, in graphic and identity design, as well as the personal projects, the beautiful paintings combining typography and data visualization. She spoke about album covers she has done, books, posters, the Citibank logo (drawn on a napkin in 5 minutes), and the work she made just for fun.
